Saturday, June 6 Meet at the Sackville Arena parking lot between 9:00–9:30 AM Clean-up runs 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM BBQ with hot dogs to follow for all participants
We'll be cleaning up around the Sackville Arena, including the Sackville Sports Stadium streets and grounds. This is a great opportunity to come together as a hockey family, make a positive impact, and show community pride.
Bring your teammates, family members, and friends—every helping hand makes a difference!

As both candidates are running unopposed, they will be acclaimed to their respective positions at the AGM, and no membership vote will be required for Executive positions.
We look forward to seeing members at the AGM on June 7th. The candidate platforms for both nominees are included below.

Please submit your nomination to the Nomination Committee c/o Natalie Lafleche (Secretary@FlyersHockey.ca) by 11:59pm on May 17th.
Any member in good standing may nominate themselves or another member as a candidate for an Executive Officer position by providing the Nominating Committee with the following:
a. An email that includes the name of the member nominated and the Director position for which the member is being nominated; and
b. A signed statement by the nominee affirming that he or she is a member eligible as a candidate for the Executive Officer position for which he or she is being nominated and that he or she is willing to accept the position if elected.
